From Meriden
From downtown: Take Main Street to Lewis Avenue north (opposite the entrance to the Meriden Square Mall). From I-691 West, take exit 6, Lewis Avenue. The entrance is on the right (opposite the entrance to the Meriden Square Mall).
From Cheshire/Southington
Follow I-691 East to exit 5, Chamberlain Highway. Turn left off the exit ramp and turn right at the second traffic light. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Lewis Avenue. The entrance is on the left (opposite the entrance to Meriden Square Mall).
From Wallingford
From I-91 or Route 15: Take I-91 or Route 15 to I-691 west. Take exit 6, Lewis Avenue. The entrance to the new medical center is on the right (opposite the entrance to the Meriden Square Mall).
Take Rte 691 to the Broad St. exit. Take a left off exit. The medical building is on the right.

Take exit 15, Route 68. At end of exit ramp, turn left onto route 68 going west and proceed to the fifth stop light. Turn right on to Barnes Road and go 3/4 mile to the entrance which will be on the left. Proceed to the far end of the parking lot.

From I-691: Exit 3, Turn North onto Rt. 10. Bear slightly left onto Cheshire Rd (at 1st light), Cheshire Rd. turns into Norton St. which turns into S. Main St. (go about 1.7 miles from exit)
From I-84: take exit 30, W. Main St, Plantsville. Traveling East, continue to first traffic light, take a right onto S. Main St. The center is approx. 1/2 mile on the left.
